Terms and Conditions

In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • ‘Seller’ and or ‘Company’ means PACK-SHOP.co.uk
  • ‘Buyer’ and or ‘Customer’ means any legal person or body corporate whose Order is accepted by the Company
  • ‘Contract’ means any contract for the supply of Goods or Services by the Company to the Customer
  • ‘Goods’ means any goods forming the subject of this contract including parts and components of or materials incorporated in them ‘Services’ means any services forming the subject of this contract.

PACK-SHOP.co.uk packaging is manufactured to the very highest industry standards, and our boxes are made specifically with removals in mind - they are extremely strong and durable, double-walled, and long-lasting to ensure your treasured.

If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details.

Prices

Our prices are as displayed on www.PACK-SHOP.co.uk website, or printed on PACK-SHOP.co.uk leaflets. We try to make sure that the prices on our website or leaflets are accurate however, we will need to validate the price before we process your order. On our website we also aim only to display items, which are in stock and can be dispatched quickly, however items display on the leaflet are the most common ones, so you have to contact us by telephone, fax, post or on our website to find out if your chosen item is in stock and how quickly can be dispatch.

If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. We may offer a replacement or upgraded item as a replacement, but if this is not to your satisfaction, you may cancel your order and we will refund any money you have paid. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

Time of payment

You can pay by any credit/debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your card details will be encrypted. We currently debit money from your account the same day as completing and dispatching your order. If you order from our leaflet you can pay by any credit/debit card, or by cheque but we deliver your goods when the funds are cleared.

Delivery of Goods

We offer a free next day delivery service on all our Home Moving packs, and also on orders over a £25.00, if the goods are in stock. We understand that you need the cardboard boxes urgently, and that our service is important to you, if the goods you order are "Out of Stock" we will send out your order as soon as the goods become available again. If for any reason we cannot source the items we will contact you to inform you. If you order online you will be able to select your delivery options and costs before you submit your credit card details. If you order offline you will be notified of delivery costs.

  • Working-Day Delivery: We offer "Next-Working-Day Delivery" delivery on ALL orders of more than £25.00 net value. "Free Next-Day Delivery" also applies to all our Home Moving Packs.
  • Standard "Next-Working-Day Delivery" to UK Mainland Only: Orders received before 4:00pm (Monday-Thursday) or 4:00pm (Friday) will be delivered NEXT WORKING DAY to anywhere within the UK mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Ireland.
  • "Next-Working-Day Delivery" applies to weekday/working days only. i.e. An order placed before 4.00pm on Friday will not be delivered until Monday (Unless the Saturday supplement is paid). Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or later than 4.00pm on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
  • Standard Delivery Charges: For orders below £25 net value our standard delivery charge is £9.99

Please note at Bank Holidays orders placed after 4.00pm Friday and over the Bank Holiday weekend will not be delivered until the following Wednesday.

If you know you will not be at home to accept delivery, or simply need to “pop out” please leave our carrier a signed note as to where he can leave your order. Perhaps the shed, garage, porch or neighbour. If for some reason customer would fail to take delivery during the specified time, PACK-SHOP.co.uk is entitled to consider the order cancelled and charge a re-stock fee, or if agreed in writing we may redeliver, but is entitled to charge a re-delivery fee. We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time, which we quote for that item, please contact us by email or telephone. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible, or if you wish you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.

Guarantee of Satisfaction

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please return them within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs.

The product must be returned in its original condition. We can arrange for the return of the goods, but we will charge you for the costs involved, unless the product is faulty. This charge also applies if you ask for an exchange. If you do want us to arrange collection please contact us and we will try to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
